“Realizing that a team needs to go beyond a simple awareness of cultural differences, I work towards defining a set of practical tools, adapted to the needs of the company and its staff, that will diminish divergence in the workplace and lead to finding a collective synergy.”

Nancy Bragard grew up in southern England (USA) in an intercultural environment of coming and going foreign students. She spent a year in Germany at age 14, learning the benefits and tough realities of living internationally. She lived in Togo for a year, teaching English to high school students. Committed to promoting intercultural awareness and a harmonious and productive environment in the international workplace, Nancy leads seminars in a variety of contexts. She prepares French assignees for expatriation, facilitates professional and social integration for incoming foreigners, and conducts training for international teams to improve communication and efficiency in the workplace.
