Anna Gallotti's expertise is the field of leadership and cross-cultural matters, where she coaches and advises executives, managers and teams, in particular concerning preparation for taking international positions.
Anna is 37 years old and was born in Italy, where she has lived until her degree in European Law at University of Milan. Right after the end of her studies, she left Milan to go to Paris where she has been working for law firms and la lawyer in antitrust law. She obtained a Master Degree (DESS) at Paris V University. Then, she became part of legal department in Disneyland Paris.
When she reached her 29, she got in contact by chance with training and coaching firm who hired her as Project Manager for an Italian client of Fiat group. Starting from this first positive experience, she decided to quit definitely the law in order to leverage on her interpersonal skills to help people develop their human potential through team building, training and coaching.
She leaded wide training and change programs internationally.
To sharpen her human acumen she studied psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, the Systemic Approach, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and graduated from the Transformace school of coaching. Anna is a member of the International Coach Federation and she adheres to its Ethic Chart. Since her preferred technique is Systemic Approach, she will follow a 3 years training in 2005.
Among her clients there are IVECO (Fiat group), Accor, Total, Unilever, L'Oréal, GIAT Industries, Akzo Nobel, Cetelem, Marsh.
She facilitates and does coaching in Italian, French and English.
