Cross-Cultural Management (Full-time MBA)

Jacques Pateau is since June 2009 in charge of the one-week module « Cross Cultural Management » at The Mannheim Business School which is the leading institution in business administration in Germany, and particularly known for their outstanding research and high teaching standards. In 2010 this course was designed for 60 students coming from North America, South America, Asia- Pacific, Africa, and a range of European countries.

Daimler-Renault, a strategic alliance
Boulogne, Stuttgart, since October 2010

On April 17, 2010 the Renault-Nissan Alliance and Daimler AG announced a broad strategic cooperation including a range of concrete projects as well as sharing of best practices. In order to trigger a better understanding of both companies’ cultures and to lay foundations for a trustful cooperation within the Franco-German teams, Pateau Consultants was asked to start a series of teambuilding and cross-cultural sessions for French and German managers and employees.

European leader in satellite systems and a major player in orbital infrastructures, Thales Alenia Space is a joint venture between Thales (67%) and Finmeccanica (33%). In order to improve and reinforce transnational cooperation, Pateau Consultants were asked to run Bridge seminars for the French, Italian and German key players of two European projects.
