Some highlights of the year

Team cohesion and cultural awareness in Norway and Uganda
Bergen, April, 10-12, 2013, Kampala, November, 11-15, 2013

Pateau Consultants was chosen to organise different cross-cultural seminars for a leading global oil and gas company in the framework of complex international projects. The objectives were to allow project members to better understand cultural specificities and increase team-spirit. The first session took place in Bergen with participants of the local subcontractor, a second one was organised in Kampala with attendance of African teams from Rwanda, Nigeria and Rwanda. 

Daimler-Renault, a very successful cooperation…
Paris-Stuttgart, Januar-Dezember 2013

Renault SAS and Daimler AG have won the prestigious 2013 Franco-German Business Award for their industrial cooperation, which has expanded significantly since Daimler and the Renault-Nissan Alliance joined forces in  2010. Awarded by the Franco-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the prize recognizes French and German companies that are benchmarks for cooperation in four areas: industrial cooperation, the environment, innovation and new technologies, and human resources. Pateau Consultants is proud to be part of this successful intercultural story. 

Cross-Cultural Management (MBA Mannheim/Tonji)
Mannheim Business School, April, June, 2012

Mannheim Business School (MBS), the Germany’s leading institution in business administration, consistently holds top ranking positions and is particularly known for its outstanding research sector, as well as high teaching standards. In addition to the one-week module “Cross Cultural Management” of the Full-Time MBA and the Mannheim Tonji Executive MBA, Jacques Pateau was asked to run a cross-cultural session for Gestamp, a world leader in the automotive industry.

From Europe and China to the US
Columbus, Indiana, May, 14-16, 2013

 After many intercultural sessions run in Europe, Africa and China, Pateau Consultants organised for Faurecia, one of the worldwide leaders in automobile equipment, a specific intercultural teambuilding seminar in the US aiming at improvement and reinforcement of transnational cooperation between Europe, North and South America. A similar session will be run next year in Asia.

Sonepar seven years after...Canada!
Toronto, October 17-19, 2013

Sonepar, a leading distributor of technical equipment and solutions for electricity professionals is now represented by 36000 employees operating in 36 countries on four continents. The very first module of the Corporate University Sonacademy “Intercultural knowledge” successfully conducted by Jacques Pateau since 2006 in Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Melbourne, Philadelphia, Sao Paulo, Shanghaï, Mexico was for the first time run in Canada.
