Some highlights of the year

Daimler-Renault-Nissan, strengthening collaboration
Paris, 2016, May-June

In the framework of the industrial co-operation between Daimler and Renault Nissan, Pateau Consultants was asked to facilitate two workshops for French, German and Japanese top executive managers in charge of co-operation between the three entities. Far beyond the classical sessions of monocultural training taking place in the three countries, the priority is to bring people together in order to know each other better, to openly discuss business issues, to improve soft skills and to develop trust.

Sonepar, the world leader in the distribution of technical equipment and solutions for electricity professionals, is represented by over 245 companies operating in 44 countries on five continents. The very first module of the Corporate University Sonacademy “Intercultural knowledge” created ten years ago was successfully run this year in Thailand, USA, Singapore, France, Peru, UK and China. The objective of these sessions is still to understand cultural differences, to improve concrete day-to-day collaboration and cooperation spirit.

Bridges for Faurecia

After many intercultural sessions run in Europe, Africa, North- South America and China, Pateau Consultants was asked this year to launch at Faurecia “Bridges” seminars, which were already successfully implemented in other organisations. The key objective – well beyond the cultural aspect is to optimize industrial collaboration while reinforcing or creating closeness, understanding, team cohesion and trust.

Vallourec/HKM, Change Management und Kooperation
Düsseldorf, Paris, 2016, September-November

In the framework of the reorganisation of the Group, Vallourec, the world leader in premium tubular solutions we have been working with for twenty years in the field of cross-cultural management , asked us to support and to facilitate the management of change in differents entities. Some actions were already orgzanised this year, internally and externally, in particular with the German company HKM (Hüttenwerke-Krupp-Mannesmann).

Sanofi, supporting global projects
Paris, December 2016

Long after having been involved in the creation of Sanofi Aventis Pateau Consultants have been asked by Sanofi, a life sciences company of 110 000 employees, to facilitate the first forum for Global Project Heads. During these two days, the main objective for the US, French and German managers was to create a successful community, to define core leadership competencies and to leverage individual experience and lessons learned for success.
