Some highlights of the year

Aero Gearbox International three years later…
Cross-cultural management UK, France, Germany, Poland, January 2019

Pateau Consultants were asked to run a cross-cultural seminar in Rzeszów, Poland, for the management of Aero Gearbox, a joint venture von Safran and Rolls-Royce. The objective was to capitalize on three years of co-operation. During two days British, French, German and Polish had the opportunity to share experiences and to prepare the future. Key topics : knowing each other better, mastering cultural differences, improving virtual collaboration and developing trust.

Faurecia, the Japanese challenge
Hannover, Paris, May-June 2019

After many intercultural sessions run in Europe, Africa, North- South America and China for Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology,  Pateau Consultants was asked this year to launch several seminars about Japan in France and Germany. Key objectives: becoming familiar with a new culture, better understanding the Japanese decision process and beyond the cultural aspect preparing and optimizing the integration of Clarion. 

Mobivia on the right track
Ermenonville, Turin, Lille, July-December 2019

Mobivia is the largest automotive maintenance and repair services group in Europe. After the integration of ATU, the German automotive services market leader, the company is facing a new challenge while implementing a new cross-functional and transverse organisation. In the framework of L’Université des leaders Pateau Consultants were asked to run several seminars in Europe. Main objectives : understanding company and national cultures of partners and clients, mastering mechanisms of a complex co-operation. 

MBA N°1 in Germany
Mannheim, 2019, January-February

Jacques Pateau celebrates his “10-year anniversary” at the Mannheim Business School, the leading institution in business administration in Germany. In addition to the 4-days module “Cross Cultural Management” of the Full-Time MBA, Jacques Pateau is also in charge of a similar curse for the Executive MBA Mannheim&Tongji in Shanghai focusing on on Sino-German relationships. Great and insightful experience to teach post-graduate students from so different cultural backgrounds.
