Teambuilding in the steel industry

After Europipe, Dillinger Hütte, Vallourec, Mannesmann, Arcelor, DMV, a company of the Salzgitter Group decided to dedicate time to „soft facts“ :Helga Schenzer and Jacques Pateau were in charge of two intercultural teambuilding sessions for Executives and senior management.

At Airbus our experts are still working on cooperation and trust. Two intercultural teamdevelopment seminars were organised in the IT-sector for British, French and German managers. Developing cohesion, solidary and loyalty remains – particularly in difficult times – a high priority for multicultural teams.

Honor Cooper-Kovacs and Helga Schenzer facilitated a 3-day intercultural teambuilding seminar for a group of Rumanian and German colleagues. It was the sixth session this year. Since 2003 more than 200 Alcatel managers have participated in these Bridges sessions, aiming at improvement and reinforcement of transnational cooperation.

Seminare for Sanofi Aventis in the US
