Jacques Demorgan and Jacques Pateau organized a seminar at Crédit Agricole Mutual's Training Institute (IFCAM) which prepared the Group's high potential managers for international careers and covered Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Portugal.
Philips and intercultural training

Jacques Pateau spoke to the executives of Philips (Communication Systems Product Division, Centurion II) on the topic “Managing cultural differences in transnational organizations”. His presentation was a follow-up to a study conducted in the German, English, French and Dutch entities of the group during the first semester of the year.

Sprachenrat invited Jacques Pateau to participate in a roundtable discussion with the Minister of the Economy of the Saar and other major economic, political and cultural figures of the “Land”. The subject was the intercultural stakes in Saar, Lorraine and Luxembourg.
Intercultural Communication and Training

Aérospatiale's Human Ressources Manager asked Jacques Pateau to organize a two-day session on intercultural management for all the Group's Training managers. This session laid the groundwork for the subject to be introduced in a number of training modules in the group's various units.
